TCP / IP communication module is an integral part of Bosch autodome modular camera system, which is used to add network connection function for all autodome 100, 200, 300 or 500i series cameras. The TCP / IP module enables you to fully control all functions of the spherical camera through the network, including panning / pitching / zooming operation, preset position, patrol route and alarm, and can configure all settings of the spherical camera through the web. Autodome cameras with TCP / IP communication modules provide true hybrid operation. With Ethernet and analog BNC connections, network enabled autodome cameras not only provide direct network connectivity, but also support existing analog devices. The TCP / IP communication module adopts the functions of MPEG-4 compression, bandwidth limitation and triple video streaming, which can not only effectively manage the bandwidth and storage requirements, but also provide the best image quality and clarity. Built in iSCSI support allows network enabled autodome to stream video directly to the iSCSI RAID array. This eliminates the need to transfer all video data over the network to a traditional network video recorder (NVR). The TCP / IP communication module can be configured to send an alarm notification with related snapshot images via email. The accompanying SNMP support is used for remote device monitoring and management.
