Theia ML610M 2/3" target surface 6-10mm C interface manual zoom manual aperture 4K 12MP hd lens
Theia's ML610M is a 12-megapixel zoom lens with a 6-10 mm focal length and a horizontal field of view of 51 to 87 degrees on a 2/3 inch sensor. The 6-10mm zoom lens covers the focal lengths of the three main lenses - 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. This provides the flexibility of focus and field of view required for specific applications, making modular, multi-product inspection lines possible.
Technical specification for ML610M (v.190327)
ML610M
Iris type Manual Iris
The Focal length of 6-10 mm varifocal
# F/F / 1.7 to closed
Resolution true 4K Resolution, 12 MP
IR correction 450nm-950nm
The Mount type C - Mount
Image sensor size 1/2.3", 1/1.7" and up to 2/3"
The lens is designed with multiple aspheric elements to achieve a resolution of 300 lp/mm for sharper, more detailed images. The high-resolution performance improves detection and accuracy, allows detection of defects from a longer distance, identification of smaller objects, and for general nondestructive testing and detection applications.
The ML610M lens has an infrared correction range of 440 nm to 940 nm, maintains focal length in the NIR, and has a focal length offset of only 5 microns. The great near infrared properties contribute to more sensitive agricultural detection and other multispectral applications.
The lens has a strong light collecting ability, f/1.7, and rarely has ghost or aberration. THIA employs a multilayer coating and ultra low dispersion (ELD) glass type, resulting in over 57% transmissivity.
Theia's full-featured ML610M lens remains compact and lightweight, weighs 70g, has a 17.3mm clear aperture, a 59mm outside diameter and a 51.5mm lens length. The compact size enables the lens to fit into a tighter cladding position, allowing for greater flexibility and stability due to its light weight. The lens can withstand 10g/ shaft vibration at 20-200hz.
