The rugged snc-xm632 hemispherical IP camera is suitable for a variety of indoor and outdoor security and monitoring environments from retail and shopping mall entrances to bank ATMs, teaching campuses or parking lot exits.
The camera further broadens its versatility and is designed to meet the specific needs of video surveillance inside road vehicles (e.g. buses). Its compact shape and flat surface help skillfully integrate into the surrounding environment.
The sensitive high-resolution CMOS imager combines with Sony's next-generation signal processing system to ensure picture quality. Each scene looks purer, clearer and more delicate - even in challenging low light conditions or harsh backlight conditions. Depa advanced advanced intelligent video analytics adds additional intelligence to intelligently trigger alerts based on user-defined rules.
Images taken with a wide-angle (113 degree horizontal view) lens can be fine tuned through Sony's processing engine. This provides a wide dynamic range and reduces noise, resulting in clear and detailed results - even in less than ideal lighting conditions. The built-in image stabilization function can reduce the impact of vibration and make it easier to see what happens in the scene. As an additional improvement, audio can be captured by the built-in microphone and recorded with video for real-time monitoring or later analysis.
The camera supports image rotation and realizes the vertical image format (also known as corridor view angle), which is suitable for video security and monitoring applications in corridors and aisles. This extra mode electronically flips the camera image by a quarter of a turn to present a properly positioned 9:16 vertical "vertical screen" view at resolution without wasting any pixels.
For greater flexibility, there are three optional lenses to choose from and can adapt to a variety of horizontal viewing angles (83 degrees, 51 degrees and 25 degrees).
Snc-xm632 conforms to ISO 16750 electrical standards for internal application of road vehicles, and is suitable for monitoring inside buses or commercial vehicles. The camera has ik10 anti damage grade and IP66 waterproof and dustproof protection grade.
