Extremely covert installation
AXIS P1265 network camera is an economical, efficient and highly concealed pinhole camera with HDTV 720p performance. Consisting of sensor units and a mainframe, indoor cameras are ideal for stores, atms and ticket offices, vending machines, and health monitoring equipment.
Modular concept
AXIS P1265 consists of the following components: an AXIS F1004 pinhole sensor unit (consisting of lens and image sensors) and an AXIS P12 Mk II host (camera body). The camera is attached with a removable 8 m (26 ft) cable to connect the sensor unit to the mainframe. With the help of this cable, the host can be arranged in an area with sufficient space.

Pinhole sensor unit
The sensor unit can be installed in a small place, behind metal, plastic or glass panels, and can reach a thickness of 5.2 mm (3/16 in.) when used with the included mounting bracket. The level of the sensor unit can provide ° 57 field of vision, able to provide under low illumination conditions of 0.5 lux color video.

The host is 1.7 x 4.6 x 11 cm (5/8 x 1 13/16 x 4 5/16 in.), which can be easily installed in small places. The camera provides HDTV 720p video and can be powered by Ethernet (PoE). The camera has a built-in microSD card slot for local storage of recorded content.
Save bandwidth with amex Zipstream technology
AXIS P1265 supports amex Zipstream technology, enabling more efficient implementation of h. 264 video encoder. It is suitable for a variety of monitoring scenarios and can reduce bandwidth and storage requirements by more than 50% on average. Coding techniques ensure that important details can be retained while highly compressing unnecessary data.

AXIS P1265 supports amex video mobile detection 3, active tamper alarm and amex camera application platforms to install additional video analysis.
